Requires a SoundGrid audio interface driver installed in order to function. To install the driver, follow these steps.
Versatile SoundGrid-Compatible
Multitrack Recording and I/O
The BlackBox SoundGrid Recorder offers 24 bidirectional SoundGrid channels alongside 24-in/24-out analog channels and two headphone outs. The SoundGrid host application controls all input channel features: mic/line, gain, 48V phantom power, pad, phase-reverse switch, HPF, and limiter.
The BBSG24MP works standalone, or can serve as both the FOH recording device and the I/O for monitoring, playback and talkback—you don’t need two separate FOH computers anymore.

Setups
In the below setup, on-stage instruments and microphones are connected to a SoundGrid stagebox (such as SoundStudio STG-2412 or DSPRO StageGrid 4000) which is remotely controlled from the eMotion LV1 mixer at front-of-house.
The BBSG24MP is used for recording the show, playing back audio, talckback and for virtual soundcheck.
The audio is processed on a SoundGrid Server and then outputted to stage-monitors and/or the PA system.
