If you encounter a license error message upon launching the mixer, indicating that the eMotion LV1 mixer license is missing, you can use the ‘Fix LV1 License Error’ function in LV1 Classic’s Admin Kiosk mode to resync the license to the console.

Please note: This process requires an active internet connection.

  • Connect the console to the internet (See instructions)

  • Press OK to proceed
  • Go to the Troubleshoot section and press ‘Fix LV1 License Error’ How to Fix License Missing Error on eMotion LV1 Classic Console
  • If the operation was successful, you should get a notification that LV1 License synced successfully.
