Learn how to install Waves V15.0 plugins

Important Notes:

V15.0 plugins can be activated by perpetual (non-subscription) V15 licenses as well as Waves Creative Access subscription licenses.
Products released after December 16, 2025 are not part of the V15 offline installer.
To see a list of the plugins available in the V15 installer, visit this page.
Sample libraries for Waves instruments must be installed manually.

This article is about V15.0. If you want to install Waves V15 latest version, follow the steps in this article.

If you have V15 licenses, but need to install V15.0 legacy instead of the latest V15.5 software due to System Requirements or Supported Hosts, follow the steps below:

Step #1 – Activate your Licenses

Download and install Waves Central for Mac | Windows
If you already have Waves Central installed, skip to the next step.
Launch Waves Central:
On Windows: via the desktop shortcut or Start Menu > All Programs > Waves Central.
On Mac: Applications > Waves Central.
Log into Waves Central.
Select the Licenses page on the left bar.
Select Not Activated at the top of the page.
Choose the license/s you wish to activate. Selected licenses will appear in the list on the right.
Choose the target device for the activated license/s.
Click the Activate button.

Step #2 - Use the dedicated V15.0 Offline Installer

Quit any host application.
Download the V15.0 Offline Installation Folder for Mac | Windows.
Unzip the folder to your desktop.
Navigate to the folder you just extracted:
- Mac: Waves V15 11.12.24 Mac
- Win: Waves V15 11.12.24 PC
In the folder, launch the file named “install.cen”.
Waves Central will open on the Offline Installer page.
Use the search bar to search and select the products you wish to install.
Click Install.
