How to Register New Products

Software

When you purchase software at Waves.com, your serial number is automatically registered to your Waves account. You can then instantly Install & Activate your product.

When you purchase software from your local dealer, you must register the serial number to your Waves account in order to start using your product.

The serial number (also called license number) can be found in any of these locations:

In an envelope containing the registration form.
On your purchase invoice.
In an email from your dealer.

Hardware

All SoundGrid-compatible interfaces and SoundGrid servers must be registered in their owner’s Waves account.
Registering your hardware devices will ensure access to the full extent of Waves Technical Support when needed.

The serial number can be found in any of these locations:

On a registration form/card placed in the box.
On the hardware unit itself.
On your purchase invoice.
In an email from your dealer.

Combos

All Hardware/Software Combos must be registered in their owner’s Waves account. You will receive one serial number in the package you receive. Registering this serial number will register all the hardware and software components which are part of your combo. This will ensure access to the full extent of Waves Technical Support when needed.
